In this session we will explore supportive techniques in managing responsibilities for self, work, and home life in a changing environment. One of the key advantages or remote work is greater flexibility. But with this flexibility sometimes comes increased pressure. Self-care is just as vital in the office as it is when you're working from home. This session will offer a guide for creating habits that will aid participants and their household's physical, mental, and spiritual health, which will in turn lead to productivity.
