Garba season is here! Come out and celebrate with us at this FREE event! The event kicks off with a dance concert of Indian Dance featuring Semi-Classical, Bhangra, Kathak, Bollywack, and of course GARBA!

Following the performance will be a dance lesson in Garba and Dandiya Raas. Dandiya sticks will be available to keep with suggested donation. Enjoy the rest of the evening celebrating and dancing together accompanied by Live Dhol!

Navaratri is a nine-night festival with origins in India. Whether you have been to many Navaratri celebrations, or this is your first one, you'll love this event! This festival is bout community and is expressed through folk dance. Traditionally this holiday is to honor Goddess, Durga. However, people of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome to participate. This program is made possible through a grant from the Brooklyn Arts Council.
